Credit Recovery

Summit Innovations School is host to a program called credit recovery.
This program provides an opportunity for student to make up credits for courses they previously did not pass. This program aids student to earn back credit to  ensure that all credit requirements are met for graduation.

Credit Recovery is held Monday through Thursday 4-5 PM at SIS in room 120 (The Hub)

There is a subject area teacher here to support students through their credit recovery course.

Student Expectations:

  • Arrive on time.

  • Minimum required attendance = 2 days a week.

  • Be prepared with what you need to do your work.

  • Communicate with the subject area teacher - they will be grading your work.

  • Respect the hub space(ie:other students working, the furniture, and the Credit Recovery teacher)

  • Be on task - this is a work space.

  • Clean up after yourself.

  • There must be continuous progress in your credit recovery course weekly in order for you to earn credit for the course.

  • You will be allowed 2 attempts on quizzes, and must get a score of 70% or higher in order to move on.

  • Test must be taken here.

  • If you would like another attempt on a quiz you must speak with your subject area teacher and get approval from them to re attempt the quiz.
