TCSD joins with Chamber and Workforce Services to Offer Youth Career Expo

Teton County School District, Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, and the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services Jackson Workforce Center is holding an exciting and interactive Youth Career Expo on Wednesday April 25, 2018 from 1:50 PM to 3:50 PM at Jackson Hole High School.  Many businesses, nonprofits, and speakers have already committed to be part of this year’s expo but we still have spots available.

The purpose of the Expo is to allow students, employers, and volunteer agencies the opportunity to network.  This year we have expanded the event design to be two-folded: to connect students with employers and to educate students about the world of work and volunteering-or what it means to be a contributing member of our community and a lifetime learner who is flexible to accommodate the changing demands of workers in the 21st century.

A sincere thank you to all the businesses, nonprofits, and community members who are volunteering their time and expertise for the 2018 Youth Career Expo. They are creating an opportunity to spark student’s interests in understanding the varied career paths to their future.
