Nurse's Station

Welcome to the JES Nurse's Station.

My name is Abbie Cornfoot and I am one of your Jackson Elementary School Nurses!  I am a Registered Nurse with a BSN from the University of Wyoming.  Prior to joining TCSD in August 2015, I worked as a pediatric nurse providing routine and emergency health services to children of all ages.  With over four years of pediatric nursing experience and ten years in direct patient care, I have a great understanding of the different developmental ages, stages and individual needs that are vital in managing all health services for the elementary student.

My name is Kristin Wright and I am also one of your Jackson Elementary School Nurses! I hold a BSN from Boise State University and am currently pursing a masters degree in nursing. I began my school nursing career with TCSD in March of 2017 and love working with K-5 students. I have experience as a hospital nurse, EMT and 911 dispatcher. I live in Teton County with my husband and two children.

As school nurses, our goal is to ensure that each child can achieve academic success by promoting optimum health and a safe environment.  In order to achieve this goal, we ask that you please keep us informed of any changes in your child’s health or wellbeing.  Feel free to email or call with any questions or concerns.

We can be reached at Jackson Elementary School:

Abbie: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8:00am-4:00pm

Kristin: Thursday, Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm
