Mission: Our purpose is to lead the continuous improvement of teaching and learning in TCSD by establishing and organizing the vision, framework, process, and support for TCSD priorities and focus areas. Vision: Our vision is to empower educators through support, guidance and collaborative learning, fostering the implementation of practices that promote student agency and equity based MTSS, to ensure all students reach their full potential.
Goals For 25-26 School Year:
- Lead, organize, and facilitate accreditation
- Communicate, support, and monitor the PD plan
- Monitor the implementation and fidelity of the MTSS framework
- Facilitate and support vertical alignment
