Teton County School District #1 has responded to the COVID-19 pandemic in the facilities and custodial divisions by making operational changes to mitigate exposure to all students and staff. In both of these areas we have based the chemicals that are used in our facilities on reputable 3rd party studies and tests, as well as Center for Disease Control guidelines. All products custodial staff use have been certified by the Environmental Protection Agency to kill COVID-19, while the facilities staff have followed standards and recommendations set by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) in the purchase and installation of Merv 13 and UV Hepa Filtration systems.
